Buyer further states that he is not working in any official or unofficial capacity for any private or governmental agency which is involved in the investigation or enforcement of laws regarding dog fighting, and buyer also states that he has no intent of working for any such agency in the future. This contract shall constitute the entire agreement between buyer and seller, and any verbal or other unwritten representations shall be without merit unless expressly stated herein. Buyer and seller expressly certify that they have read and fully understand and agree to comply with each and every provision of this contract.
